Why should I start an on-line account?
Most people who register on-line find it convenient to establish
an account. When you return to the web site to register for another
class, logging into your account saves time because the shopping
cart "remembers" your basic information such as address
and phone number, allowing you to register quickly and easily. Learning
Studio Members should definitely open
an on-line account so that we can add Member
Pricing to your account.
I just made a mistake when I submitted
my class registration - what should I do?
No problem! Just send an e-mail to classes@learningstudio.com
to tell us what you'd like to correct. If it's during our regular
business hours (10-10 Mon-Thurs, 10-4 Fri, and 10-2 on Saturdays
when classes are scheduled), you can also call us at (610) 578-0600.
How do I know if I am a member or not?
Memberships are good for one year*, so to be a member, you would
have purchased a membership within the past year. If you have a
membership card, your member number is probably the date that you
joined. For example, if you member number is 101501, you signed
up for membership on October 15, 2001. If you're not sure, please
call us at (610) 925-3468 or e-mail classes@learningstudio.com.
*Some memberships specials may have entitled you
to 2 years of membership
What if I signed up for a class and now
I can't attend?
If it is at least 3 days before the class, you are welcome to reschedule
or receive a credit toward any future Learning Studio class. If
it is less than 3 days before the class, members receive a 50% credit
applied to their next class. Non-members will forfeit their course
fee. You are welcome to send a friend to use your seat.
What about inclement weather?
The decision to postpone/cancel a class will be made by 5pm on the
day of the class. The Learning Studio will not issue refunds for
classes which have been postponed/cancelled due to inclement weather
or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of inclement
weather, every effort will be made to reschedule classes or full
Studio credits will be issued.

If you are a Learning
Studio Member and want to start an on-line membership
account, please open an regular account, then e-mail
us or call us at (610) 578-0600 and we will add Member Pricing
to your account. After everything is set up, you will need to
log
in to receive Member Pricing. You must enable cookies with
your browser to allow the web site to remember your account
information.
Learning Studio Membership Information
- If you are purchasing a membership and registering
for classes at the same time, your cart will show the non-member
pricing for the class. When your order is processed, your discount
will be applied and you will receive the Members' Club price.
- If you have any questions about a class or
your account, feel free to call us during regular hours (10am-9pm
Monday-Thursday, 10am-5pm on Fridays, and 10am-2pm on Saturdays
when there are classes scheduled.
